The water pressure in the shower was strong.

First, I faced unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom, likely due to poor sanitary design. I discovered a mini bed bug problem in my initial room, unacceptable and alarming. It took too long for the staff to address these issues, causing significant frustration .

The room was spotless and new-fashioned with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe available. Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to talat sao market, and around 4km to Pha That Luang.

Daily pancakes and fruit for breakfast where fabulous. The room was huge and impeccably clean, the bad was comfortable. The location was nice and incredible, within a close distance from a beautiful temple...

The spacious room was a real treat! Comfy bed and delicious breakfast options, changed daily! Only downside is that it's quite far from the city center 😅

Units with a large bed. An electric kettle and a fridge were available.

whatever you need is this huge room with fridge and kettle plus a balcony. the staff are very very nice, we enjoyed them. its location is particularly good, minutes from a large stupa.

Convenient for exploring local landmarks and parks

I loved staying here as it was just a short walk to Chao Anouvong Park, where I enjoyed some peaceful moments. I could easily stroll to the Patuxai Monument, really excellent to see up close.

The toilet seat was broken, and no matter how many air fresheners they used, the smell was unbearable. Such a missed opportunity. I almost thought of giving a good review, but these oversights were just too much to overlook.

Do recommend for a weekend stopover

Relaxing pool, comfortable bed, convenient location, with great Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast spread that changes daily.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. I enjoyed the relaxing pool in the morning sun!

Staying at boutique was a pleasure. The location is convenient and close to several attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the standout was the helpful service from aomsin. Communication was great, thanks to her excellent english skills! I also appreciated the need for reservations for spa treatments.

The hotel had a fantastic pool that my kids loved. The spacious family room, and the staff was happy to help us arrange a quick trip to the nearby Buddha park. Great spot for a family vacation!

If you are looking for a great value hotel close to everything, this is the place. the location is unbeatable, within walking distance to the city center, attractions, and bus station. the friendly and helpful staff will make your stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel can use some updating, the large and clean rooms are equipped with everything you need, from a comfy bed to a good water pressure with scalding hot water. Enjoy the nice swimming pool with comfy cushions on the loungers. the simple breakfast may be disappointing, but the attentive service and cleanliness make up for it.
